Sensitive skin care is difficult, but is manageable once you learn how your skin reacts to different substances.
I have very sensitive skin, but it does not mean you can not look nice. You see, when I started doing my research, I discovered that my sensitive skin is inflamed because of all chemicals in skin care products.

1 Remove the parabens
parabens preservatives are often used in popular skin care products today. They increase the shelf life dramatically, bringing down the cost of production for skin care company.
The bad news is that parabens have been proven to cause any irritation of your body and even the possibility of cancer, so make sure you only go for natural ingredients!
2 Look for soothing ingredients
Sensitive skin needs soothing ingredients. Look for natural ingredients such as aloe vera, active manuka honey and Cynergy TK.
These three are all proven to be very effective in soothing my skin and it helps me look younger and more vibrant.
3 Active manuka honey
As I said above, active manuka honey is a very powerful ingredient that is derived from the Manuka bush in New Zealand.
It is packed with antioxidants and enzymes that heal, rejuvenate and protect skin. It also helps your skin look younger and softer. The problem is that almost no natural skin care products containing active Manuka honey, so you really have to do your research.
