Facial Skincare - Should You Cleanse Your Face With Tap Water or Lotion?

We all seem to be so busy these days, much more than a decade. And now we have to fit into a daily skin care routine to ensure you enjoy smooth, healthy complexion.

But the facial skin care may not be a job that does not enjoy doing. No, you prefer to choose products that suit your skin type and your lifestyle. No need for complex rituals that make up his face hard and time consuming.

What we need women (or men!) Is an effective and quick system that protects and improves the skin properly. So, go with that we will look at cleaning our face because it's obviously a daily must!

of water or lotion?

seems to be continuing debate whether you should wash your face with a cleansing lotion or tap water. If your skin is very sensitive and reacts to the water as they are strong chemicals, there is really no reason not to wash your face with tap water.

However, I am one of those people with very sensitive skin, and I never use tap water on my face, I always use a clean lotion for very sensitive skin and wool pad. It seems Claudia Schiffer and Liz Taylor said you never let tap water touch your skin either.

So, if your skin feels a little irritating to a particularly dry and tight after you use tap water, then I would avoid it from him. Do what I do and use a sensitive skin cleansing lotion and cotton wool pad.

, dermatologists are actually in favor of washing in tap water as they say that water is a natural exfoliant that gently wins away dead skin cells lying on the top layer of skin. Always wash with warm water, never hot and warm water stimulates the dilation of capillaries which is something you do not want to display on your face.

One thing, do not use a strong, highly fragranced soaps to wash your face. No need for today because there are plenty of nice mild, gentle cleansing bars and foam washes especially in respect of your facial skin acidity, whichever you choose the right one for your skin type.
